The score or soundtrack is an essential element, which we can also provide as part of the editing service.
Digital Effects Artist - £360 per day
When your budget will not stretch to explosions, animatronics, elaborate stunts or expensive locations, Smudge Film Productions can offer wonderous post-production digital effects.Wandering dinosaurs, explosions, snow in mid-summer, a towering inferno & anything else imaginable is possible with our service.
SFX Technician - £320 per day

Make-up Artist - £240 per day
Everyone on television and in films wears make-up, even if it doesn't look like it!Often the difference between a professional looking production and an amateur one is down the presence of a decent make-up artist. Smudge Film Productions offers this service at a fantastic rate.
Camera Operator - £280 per day
Lighting/Camera Operator - £360 per day
(inc. Canon XL1S, Tape Stock, Red & Blonde Heads)
If you don't have a decent camera operator your production will never have that visual impact.Our team are professionals, and so keep a low shooting ratio & have the versitility to shoot hand held, mounted, on dollies or tracks. Panning, tracking, following, crane/gib... We do it all!
These rates are competivly based against the BECTU rates.
Half day rates are applicable 1-4 hour days, full days are 4-8 hours
